The bid team scoped it. Now you have to deliver it.

Answer ten questions to find out whether what you sold is deliverable as scoped, which of the three areas is weakest, and the shape that closes the gap.

Three areas, eight scored questions

Scoring badly on one of them is not unusual. Knowing which one, before the build starts rather than in week six, is the useful part.

Scope

Whether the first phase covers one channel or several, whether the incumbent platform is decided, and whether the transactional intents have been counted rather than estimated.

Team

Whether anyone on the team has taken an agentic system into live production before, and whether a named person owns the regression and evaluation suite after go live.

Readiness

Whether the committed date leaves room to build, whether the standard for evidencing correct agent behaviour is agreed and written down, and whether access to systems and data is actually in hand.

The result names the gap and recommends one of the four engagement shapes on the embedded engineers page, so what you read here and what you would actually buy are the same thing.

Why these questions

Would rather just talk it through?

If you already know what you need staffed, skip the assessment. Twenty minutes on the engagement, the platform and the date you have committed to.
