Who does the work

Every engineer we place is AWS certified and has put agentic systems into production in a regulated environment. Nobody joins an engagement on the strength of a CV alone.

You interview them before they start. The engineer you meet is the engineer who shows up, and the one who stays. If we ever need to change someone, you approve the replacement first and there is an overlap, not a handover email.

We staff to the work rather than to a bench, so the constraint on an engagement is the shape of the problem, not who happened to be free that week.
